The BSC-Noba Innovation Journey is a programme designed to support researchers and scientists at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center in developing their ideas into viable market-ready ventures. It combines mentoring, business training and a final pitch competition open to the BSC’s scientific community.
Reaching 2nd place in the final competition was a key early milestone for the OneCareAI project, validating both the scientific strength and the commercial potential of the Innostroke technology, and setting the stage for the company’s subsequent growth, funding and partnerships.
This achievement helped accelerate the path from BSC research to spinoff, which culminated in the official founding of OneCareAI in May 2025.
El BSC-Noba Innovation Journey es un programa diseñado para apoyar a investigadores y científicos del Barcelona Supercomputing Center en el desarrollo de sus ideas hasta convertirlas en proyectos viables listos para el mercado. Combina mentoría, formación empresarial y una competición final de pitch abierta a la comunidad científica del BSC.
Alcanzar el 2º puesto en la competición final fue un hito temprano clave para el proyecto OneCareAI, validando tanto la solidez científica como el potencial comercial de la tecnología Innostroke, y sentando las bases para el crecimiento, la financiación y las alianzas posteriores de la empresa.
Este logro ayudó a acelerar el camino desde la investigación del BSC hasta el spinoff, que culminó con la fundación oficial de OneCareAI en mayo de 2025.
